Now hiring for a Personal Banking Representative
Location:
Abilene, TX
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Job Duties- Open and maintain checking, savings, CDs, and other deposit accounts
- Assist customers with account changes, documentation, and questions
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check orders, and other transactions
- Explain banking products and services and identify opportunities to meet customer needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide professional and responsive customer service
- Ensure account documentation and customer information are accurate
- Follow bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and account information
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree, business coursework, or administrative support training preferred.
- At least one year of administrative, office support, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office software.
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Previous banking experience preferred
- Experience with new accounts, teller operations, universal banking, or personal banking highly preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
- Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
- Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
