Position Overview Primary care coverage in a long term care or residential healthcare setting (site specific). Responsibilities include routine primary care, chronic condition management, and urgent needs as required within scope. Clinical Details Ages seen: adult and geriatric (site specific). Patient volume: low volume (site specific). EMR:
Athena.
Required Qualifications Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician (MD or DO). Active state license in Texas. DEA required. BLS required. Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify. Onboarding Credentialing and onboarding timeline varies based on file completeness.
