Position Overview

Computer Science Open Rank Tenure Track or College Faculty position, depending on experience and qualifications at Abilene Christian University.

• Teach undergraduate courses in Computer Science in a residential program.
• Maintain a program of intellectual contributions via peer‑reviewed academic presentations, proceedings, publications, or other professional development activities.
• Mentor students and accept departmental, college, and university service assignments.

• Earned doctorate in computer science.
• Strong record of relevant professional and/or research experience.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Proven college/university teaching experience or strong promise in teaching.
• Strong record of scholarship (publications, presentations).
