Organizational Behavior and Management - Visiting College Faculty

Job Overview

ACU is affiliated with the fellowship of the Church of Christ. This position requires the employee to be a professing Christian and to be willing to support the Christian mission of ACU. One year Visiting College faculty position, 2026-27 academic year.

The person filling this position will teach a combination of residential and online undergraduate management courses. While human resources courses will be a primary focus, general management courses will also be part of the teaching schedule for the visiting faculty position. This person will also teach and manage the Internship for Credit classes for all majors.

• Teach a combination of residential and online undergraduate courses in human resources and general management.
• Teach and manage the Internship for Credit classes for all majors.
• Mentor students.
• Maintain currency through sustained professional engagement with business and/or nonprofit organizations.
• Participate in departmental and college meetings.

• Earned graduate degree in business.
• Human resources or other management-related work experience.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Proven college/university teaching experience or strong promise in teaching.
• Valid AACSB classification (SA, PA, SP, or IP).
• Proficiency in English written and spoken communication.
