Faculty Position Information
Organizational Behavior and Management – Open Rank Tenure Track faculty position, with a start date of Fall 2027.
Rank depends on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate and, potentially, graduate courses in Organizational Behavior and other management courses as needed for business students in residential programs.
- Maintain Scholarly Academic (SA) status through a program of peer‑reviewed academic publications, presentations, and other professional development that supports AACSB accreditation.
- Mentor students and accept departmental, college, and university service assignments.
- PhD or DBA (completed or near completion) in business management, organizational behavior, or a related business field.
- Professing Christian and willing to support ACU’s Christian mission.
- Strong record of relevant research and/or professional experience, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Proven college/university teaching experience or strong promise in teaching.
- Secondary interests in entrepreneurship, leadership, healthcare management, hospitality management, or human resources are desirable.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Statement of philosophy of teaching and learning and the role of scholarship in teaching
- Copies of transcripts for all academic work
- Selected copies of papers and publications
- Academic letter of recommendation
- Statement about one’s personal spiritual journey
- Letter of recommendation from a church leader
- Statement of reflection/response to a document about the identity, mission, and future of ACU
