ACU requires that all applicants be professing Christians who are willing to support the Christian mission of ACU. This position seeks a qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach two sections of ENGR 317:
Engineering Project Management during the upcoming Fall semester.
• Deliver two sections of 1.5‑hour lecture per week, aligning course material with the PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) to prepare students for workforce entry.
• Develop or adopt a course syllabus, create assignments, administer quizzes and examinations, and provide timely, constructive feedback on student performance.
• Maintain the course shell in the Learning Management System, ensuring up‑to‑date grades, lecture materials, and announcements.
• Adhere to departmental policies, institutional grading deadlines, and academic integrity standards.
- Education:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a closely related STEM field. - Experience:
Minimum of three to five years of professional experience managing engineering or technical projects. - Skills:
Deep familiarity with standard project‑management methodologies (scope, cost, risk, schedule) and the PMI framework.
