Assist the Director of Band with a wide array of tasks necessary for the instrumental side of the Department of Music to function successfully.

Duties will be wide ranging with examples of duties as follows:

• Clerical work (post office pickup, program creation/printing/folding, concert/recital streaming, library cataloging, music copying and preparation, maintaining the instrument library and rentals, etc.)
• Setup for rehearsals (concert bands and marching band, including field lining, water stations, etc.) and concerts
• Equipment transport to campus and/or off campus venues
• Other duties as needed
• assisting the Chair of the Department of Music as needed
