Mentoring Alliance seeks ministry-minded individuals to join its After School team as Daycare Workers, leading elementary students in enrichment activities and fostering youth development in a supportive, faith-oriented setting.
The role is part-time (17–20 hours/week), non-exempt, with a Monday–Friday 2:00–6:00 PM schedule during the school year. Candidates should meet safety, background, and legal work requirements while embracing the ministry’s gospel-centered mission.
