We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee the construction of data centers performed by colocation providers. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are managed effectively to meet schedule, quality, and design requirements.

Relocation assistance is available. Full‑time with full Oracle benefits. This position is located in Abilene, TX and one must live in the area no more than one month after starting the position.

Hiring range in USD: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

This role will focus on the base building and MEP infrastructure portions of the project. They will be required to coordinate with the DCIB teams that are executing the tenant fit‑out data hall white space projects separately.

• Risk Evaluation:
  Develop a deep understanding of the project to evaluate the risk profiles associated with timely delivery, address gaps in risk identification and mitigation and inform the business of associated potential impacts.
