ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Safety Technician. This position will support the Safety Technician who is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating the safety, health and environmental objectives, materials, and environments to achieve safety effectiveness.
* Two (2) years of construction experience
* One (1) year of safety experience
* OSHA 30 Certification required.
* Ability to effectively support a large multi-site workforce.
* Reliable attendance and a demonstrated record of punctuality.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.
* Solid history of safe work practices and adherence to company policies.
* Ability to serve as a professional ambassador for ABM when interacting with clients and employees.
* Bilingual Spanish preferred.

* Provide coaching, establish expectations, and provide resources to operating teams to sustain successful operations.
* Maintain compliance with all OSHA recordkeeping requirements, including OSHA 300 logs, training records, and other compliance program requirements under 29 CFR 1910 and 1926, where applicable.
* Inspect buildings and work areas for safety compliance.
* Enforce company policies and procedures.
* Collaborate and interact with multiple trades, contractors, and client teams.
* Attend client-based meetings.
* Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
