Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and support electrical design and implementation for mission-critical data center projects
. This role requires deep expertise in electrical systems for large-scale facilities, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power distribution, redundancy systems, and integration of advanced electrical infrastructure for high-availability environments.

• Develop and review electrical system designs for data centers, including power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and switch gear.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, and other applicable codes and standards.
• Serve as the technical lead for electrical engineering aspects of data center projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, civil, controls) to ensure seamless integration.
• Reliability & Redundancy:
• Implement Tier-level design principles (Tier III/Tier IV) for redundancy and uptime.
• Evaluate and optimize electrical infrastructure for scalability and energy efficiency.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Provide technical support during construction and resolve field issues promptly.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and electrical standards throughout project lifecycle.
• Prepare documentation for regulatory approvals and inspections.

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum 8+ years of electrical engineering experience
  , with at least 5 years in data center design and operations

• Proven track record in high-availability electrical systems, UPS, generators, and power distribution.

• Expertise in electrical load calculations, short-circuit analysis, and arc-flash studies.
• Familiarity with SCADA, BMS, and monitoring systems for data centers.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical modeling software.
• Certifications (Preferred):
• PE License (Professional Engineer).
