• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and cooling system issues
• Support critical events, incident response, and root cause investigations
• Help improve procedures, standards, and maintenance strategies
• Partner with operations teams, vendors, and engineers on upgrades and expansions
• Review drawings, one‑lines, procedures, and commissioning documentation
• Mentor technicians and raise the technical bar across the site

• Industrial maintenance or plant engineering leads
• Power, utility, or critical infrastructure technicians
• Strong electrical, mechanical, or HVAC trade professionals ready for the next step

• Exposure to advanced power and cooling systems
