Senior Mechanical Commissioning Engineer - Mission Critical​/Hyperscale

About the Role:

Join Homco Renaissance Inc as a Senior Mechanical Commissioning Engineer, (SMCE), specializing in Mission Critical and Hyperscale projects. In this dynamic role, you will lead the commissioning process for cutting‑edge data centers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in a fast‑paced environment. SMCE is expected to grow current client relationships as well as develop new opportunities.

• Lead mechanical commissioning activities for Mission Critical and Hyperscale facilities.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans, functional testing scripts, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
• Conduct performance testing and system validations for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Identify and resolve issues during the commissioning process to meet project deadlines.
• Provide training and support to facility operations staff on system functionalities.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns throughout the commissioning phase.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance commissioning methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading mechanical commissioning efforts for Mission Critical facilities.
• Commissioning Certification strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing design.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in commissioning software and tools.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
