Facility Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure the optimal utilization of the organization's regional facilities.
• Assess and evaluate the physical space requirements.
• Recommend space plans to meet the Company's business needs.
• Responsible for the development, coordination, and management of small to medium construction and remodel projects.
• Maintain the drawing database for all buildings in the region.
• Perform budget analysis and forecasting of projects.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Facility Engineer for corporate facility office standards and construction projects.
• Provide coordination and communication to customers regarding office moves and remodels.

• Associate's degree in engineering, facilities, business, architecture or related field or High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 5 years of experience in facilities operations or space planning duties.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Basic Understanding of Electricity and/or HVAC systems.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of computer applications used in a Windows environment including Power Point, Excel, Word, AutoCAD etc.
• Working knowledge of space planning and building design.
