Process Engineer

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Process Engineer for blow mold equipment to drive safety, quality, and efficiency in our high-speed beverage manufacturing operations. In this role, you will analyze production data, optimize blow molding processes, lead root cause investigations, and implement continuous improvement projects. You will collaborate closely with maintenance, operations, and quality teams to reduce downtime, improve bottle quality, and standardize best practices while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and performance on the plant floor.

Responsibilities

• Optimize blow molding processes to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
• Analyze production data to identify trends, losses, and improvement opportunities
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment and quality issues
• Partner with maintenance and operations to minimize downtime and improve reliability
• Develop and update standard operating procedures and technical documentation
• Implement continuous improvement and Lean initiatives on the production floor
• Support commissioning, testing, and validation of blow mold equipment changes
• Train operators and technicians on best practices and new standards
• Collaborate with quality to ensure bottle specifications and compliance are met
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall plant performance
