Job Description
Office location:
Abilene, Texas, United States.
Provide support to senior Trust Officers through assisting with client communications, meeting preparation, coordination of account transactions, client account reviews, preparation of materials for clients and/or other Officers as well as other client related projects as determined necessary. Contacts include clients, officers, and employees. Outside contacts include attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, and prospective clients.
Essential Functions- Assist in the client onboarding process.
- Prepare materials for client meetings.
- Research account issues.
- Facilitate client requests.
- Create and manage monthly spreadsheets.
- Learn various software systems.
- Assist with estate administrations and other projects as necessary.
- Actively participate in the sales and service culture, support the values of the organization, and follow established policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree desired.
- Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in related field.
- Self‑motivation, confidence, strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, dedication, and critical thinking/reasoning skills essential.
