• You possess a current cosmetology or barber license as mandated by State regulations.
• You have a desire to assist and support a salon manager.
• You can commit to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• You are tech-savvy and capable of handling administrative tasks, including closing out the system daily.
• You must be able to read, write, and perform basic math.

• Good eyesight is necessary to examine a guest's hair, including close vision and color vision.
• If you enjoy staying active, you’ll find this role satisfying; you will be required to stand, lift, and reach, with occasional lifting of 10-25 lbs.
• Exposure to chemicals and fragrances is part of the job; you should be comfortable with this environment.

• Receive up to 50% service commissions starting on day one.
