Smart Style Salon is located inside Walmart and offers high-quality hair services. The salon seeks a talented hairstylist who can lead, assist, and create memorable client experiences.
What You’ll DoProvide exceptional leadership and guest service. Understand client needs, give quality consultations, and perform requested services efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications- Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
- Desire to lead and assist a salon manager.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Tech‑savvy with ability to perform administrative tasks and close out the system at the end of the day.
- Basic literacy, writing, and math skills.
- Good eyesight to observe a guest’s hair, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Comfortable with standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements. Occasionally lifting 10–25 lbs.
- Tolerance for chemicals and fragrances used in treatments.
- Up to 50% commission on services from Day 1.
- Manager compensation of up to $40/hour plus tips.
