Description

Join a talented team of individuals who serve this country by caring for our Nation's heroes! Clay Consulting is looking to hire Psychologists to perform one-time, in-person, Behavioral Health Examinations for veterans and active-duty military personnel.

Summary

At Clay Consulting, you will apply your expertise in evaluating and diagnosing psychological health conditions. As a disability examiner, you will gather and synthesize clinical evidence through medical and military record reviews, interviews with Veterans, and face-to-face examinations. You will develop a medical opinion on the likelihood that the Veteran's condition is related to their military service. Your timely and expert examinations will ensure that Veterans' claims are heard and properly processed by VBA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments of claimants.
• Administer and interpret psychological, developmental, and cognitive assessments, including tests.
• Prepare intake and case summaries; maintain confidential records.
• Chart claimants' treatment and progress according to regulations and standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctorate Degree in Psychology (Ph.D., PsyD)
• Graduate of an APA-accredited program
• Active and unrestricted psychologist license in the state
• Knowledge of psychological testing techniques, administration, and interpretation
