A workforce support organization is seeking a Military to Civilian Advocate to assist transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses at Dyess Air Force Base. This role focuses on career counseling, employment readiness support, and program coordination to facilitate successful civilian transitions. Candidates with knowledge of military culture and strong interpersonal skills are preferred. The position offers flexible hours and may require some travel across a 19-county region.

The pay rate is $25/hour.
