Shift supervisor, Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Morrison Healthcare, located at Hendrick Medical Center South, 6250 Highway 82‑84, Abilene, TX 79606. Online applications are accepted only.

Requirements:
Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required.

Fixed Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
