Travel RN - Labor & Delivery

American Traveler is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN with at least 2 years of recent experience, a TX or compact RN license, and proficiency as a circulator for a night shift assignment.

Job Details

• Position is in a hospital Labor and Delivery unit,

• Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week, 19:00-07:00,

• May be required to float to other campuses or floors,

• Must reside at least 150 miles from the facility,

• Altera EMR experience is preferred but not required,

Job Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required,

• Minimum of 2 years' recent Labor & Delivery experience is required,

• Proficiency as a circulator is required,

• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN are required,

• Must provide resume, license, and certification verification for consideration,

• First-time travelers accepted,

Additional Information

• Will be part of a team supporting labor and delivery care,

• A drug screen, including for marijuana, is required upon arrival and must be passed for employment,

• All required labs must be completed within 72 hours of offer acceptance or have a completion plan in place,

• Orientation modules average 6-8 hours and are completed during orientation,

• Candidates must not have been a perm staff member at the facility within the past year,

• Holiday and weekend coverage may be required,
