JOB SUMMARY
Processes specimens according to NCCLS guidelines. Serves as a source of communication between the technical laboratory and other laboratory support sections as well as outside clients, nurses and physicians. Conducts routine testing for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease and performs related duties following established standards and practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education
* High School or equivalent.
Minimum Work Experience
* No previous experience.
Required Licenses/Certifications
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
* Compile statistics.
* Input data into computer programs.
* Maintain logs.
