Key ResponsibilitiesHandle phone calls from patients, physician offices, and hospitals
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
Greet and check in patients, verifying personal and insurance information
Collect and process payments, co-pays, and insurance documentation
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth daily operations
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred
Previous experience in a medical office or front desk role is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Positive attitude and a customer service-oriented mindset
