Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Competitive pay:

  • $18.50–$20.50/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
  • Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 15.0 for each billable client hour worked
  • 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
  • Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
  • Fully paid training — no experience required
  • Company-paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

  • Progress through RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level

Position Type:
Full-Time

  • Schedule:

    Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
  • Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
  • Hours are not guaranteed
  • Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check

Whether you are beginning your journey as a Behavior Technician (BT) or already certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), we provide the training, support, and development you need to succeed from day one.

No direct ABA experience? No problem — we provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you build a rewarding career.

Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings

  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
  • Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
  • Collect and record data to track client progress
  • Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
  • Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
  • Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
  • Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards

At least 18 years old

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
  • Passion for helping children and families
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
