Join our outpatient rehabilitation team as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Abilene, TX! In this full-time, Monday-through-Friday day‑shift role, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of speech‑language pathology. You'll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary treatment team and provide oversight to technicians and support staff, all while enjoying a predictable outpatient schedule, competitive pay, and generous relocation and sign‑on incentives.

- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday (Days)
- Location: 1900 Pine Street, Abilene, TX 79601
- Remote: On-site position
- Pay Range: $36-$45+/hour, depending on experience (DOE)
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Relocation Assistance: $5,000
- Parking: On-site parking available
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized speech‑language treatment programs for patients.
- Apply established principles and practices of speech‑language pathology to patient care.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Delegate and monitor the work of technicians and other support staff.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes using computer‑based systems.
- Utilize and maintain familiarity with rehabilitation equipment as needed for patient treatment.
- Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Minimum relevant work experience required.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Hours.
- Active license to practice Speech‑Language Pathology in the State of Texas, or eligible for licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid Texas Driver's License (required only for individuals designated as HMC Designated Drivers per policy).
- Proficiency entering data into computer programs.
- Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
