FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center seeks a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain within a multidisciplinary team.
You will promote wellness and fall prevention, document thoroughly in the EMR, ensure compliance with Medicare and HIPAA, educate patients and caregivers, and participate in outreach and quality-improvement initiatives.
