We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled therapy services to residents and short-term patients at a healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy treatments according to physician's orders and professional standards.
- Develop comprehensive care plans with treatment goals, duration, and frequency to support discharge and patient progress.
- Perform skilled interventions based on established plans of care.
- Document patient responses, progress, and condition changes accurately and timely, adhering to regulations.
- Complete billing and maintain a safe, infection-controlled treatment environment.
- Valid Texas PT license/certification.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and exercise independent clinical judgment.
- Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
- Ability to meet physical requirements and pass background checks.
