Execute specialized therapy plans designed by the OT to guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities to improve motor skills and coordination;
Teach patients how to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) using adaptive techniques;
Instruct patients and families on the use of adaptive equipment and mobility tools;
Record detailed notes on patient progress and safety, reporting to the supervising OT to adjust treatment plans;
Provide emotional support and train caregivers on home program implementation
