About the RoleAs a Physical Therapist at WTRC, you will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through personalized, evidence-based care to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
You’ll collaborate with a supportive healthcare team, maintain accurate documentation, and help drive positive patient outcomes—all while contributing to a culture rooted in compassion, teamwork, and excellence.
What You’ll Do- Perform patient evaluations and develop effective treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans for optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and billing
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Supervise and mentor PT students and support staff
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment
- Advocate for the physical therapy profession
- Yo u have strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient care
- Y ou are compassionate and patient-focused in your approach
- Y ou have excellent communication with patients, families, and team members
- Y ou are proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative

Requirements- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and licensed in the state of Texas
- Committed to high-quality patient care and ethical practice
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and assist with patient transfers as part of a team
- Ability to stand, walk, and be in an active setting for extended periods of time
