MLR (MLee Recruiting) is seeking a full-time, permanent Clinical Therapist to join a dedicated team at a respected acute-care hospital near Abilene, Texas!

Salary: $75,432 - $98,491 annually

Clinical Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Assessment:
  Conduct detailed evaluations of clients' mental health and emotional states, utilizing standardized methods to provide accurate diagnoses.
• Work Schedule:
  
  Night shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Treatment Planning:
  Develop tailored treatment plans designed to meet each client's unique needs and goals, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Therapy Sessions:
  Facilitate individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to address various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Licensure:
  Active Respiratory Care licensure in Texas.
• Credential Renewal:
  Maintain current standing with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and fulfill Continuing Competency Program (CCP) requirements.
• Graduate Therapist Requirements:
  New graduates must obtain CRT credentials and pass the RRT credentialing exam within one year of graduation. Therapists who do not obtain RRT credentials will transition to a Respiratory Care Practitioner role until certification is completed.
• Basic Life Support (BLS):
  Must be certified before patient interaction.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS):
  Certification required within six months of hire.
• Pediatric Emergency Care (ENPC or PALS):
  Must obtain certification within one year.
• Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP):
  Must complete certification within one year.
• Data Entry:
  Proficiency in entering patient data into electronic systems.
• Workplace Safety:
  Ensure compliance with OSHA and NIOSH safety regulations.
