Seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Responsibilities Include
- Providing occupational therapy services to patients in a SNF environment.
- Assessing and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patient function and independence.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in SNF settings preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week.
- Providing therapy services in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Adapting treatments to meet individual patient needs.
- Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records.
