Tarvos Talent is seeking a VP of Human Resources for a client located in Abilene, TX. This in-office role with flexibility offers the opportunity to join a growing organization and help shape the people strategy, culture, and leadership infrastructure during an exciting stage of expansion.
As the VP of Human Resources, you’ll play a key role in leading company culture, supporting HR leaders and managers, and creating scalable people processes across a growing portfolio of businesses. This role will also help drive employee engagement, leadership accountability, company events, and long-term HR strategy as the organization continues to grow.
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of HR leadership experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and a strong desire to build something meaningful.
