Your Mission

You’ll be the person helping turn "I need a job" into "I got the job!" Every day is different, but your impact will be felt throughout the community.

Responsibilities
  • Help job seekers and employees identify goals, build skills, create resumes, and prepare for employment opportunities.
  • Develop Individualized Employment Plans that help clients move from where they are to where they want to be.
  • Connect people with resources, training, employers, and community partners that can help them succeed.
  • Keep accurate records and track outcomes so we can measure the difference we're making.
  • Build relationships with employers and community organizations that open doors for our participants.
  • Represent Goodwill West Texas in the community and advocate for the people we serve.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Texas Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries

Preferred:

  • Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Workforce Development, Education, or related field
  • Experience in workforce development, case management, recruiting, human resources, or employment services
  • Strong resume writing and career coaching skills
