- The Leadership Development & Culture Intern will be responsible for assisting the Leadership Development & Culture team. This includes but is not limited to assisting with new employee onboarding, employee service award events, employee appreciation events, leadership development initiatives, customer service training, and virtual learning. The HR Leadership Development & Culture Intern will also meet and work with other areas within the HR department, including:
Compensation, Employee Relations, Employee Wellness, Front Office,, Recruitment, and Workforce Development. The HR Leadership Development & Culture Intern may also spend time with the Hendrick Health Executive of Human Resources.
- The Leadership Development & Culture Intern will be responsible for assisting the Leadership Development & Culture team. - Minimum Education
- Some College – associates or bachelors level program
- Minimum Work Experience
- N/A
- Required Licenses/Certifications
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Compose letters/memoranda
- Coordinate meetings
- Input data into computer programs
- Maintain work area according to OSHA and NIOSH standards
- Schedule appointments
- Deals effectively with hospital personnel
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
- Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times
- Requires ability to handle confidential information
- Requires extreme diplomacy and tact
- Research information
- Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis
- Generate reports
