HR Intern
The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting the talent acquisition team with projects related to the overall employee experience; recruitment; onboarding; and will interact with employees to assist with benefits inquiries. The HR Intern may also spend time with the Hendrick Health executive over Human Resources.
Job Requirements- Minimum Education:
Some College – associates or bachelors level program - Minimum
Work Experience:
N/A - Required
Licenses/Certifications: - Compose letters/memoranda
- Coordinate meetings
- Input data into computer programs
- Maintain work area according to OSHA and NIOSH standards
- Schedule interviews
- Deals effectively with hospital personnel
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
- Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times
- Requires ability to handle confidential information
- Requires extreme diplomacy and tact
- Research information
- Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analyses
- Generate reports
