Description
As Site Deployment Specialist – Electrical, you lead execution and technical oversight for electrical system deployment, commissioning, and turnover during new builds and retrofits. Builds partnerships with cross‑functional stakeholders for seamless coordination and updates across planning phases. Enhances scalability and efficiency by standardizing site design and capacity modeling, analyzing historical data for improvements. Translates evolving needs into scalable site plans aligned with global strategies, supports validation, and tracks implementation readiness. Integrates technical solutions across teams for effective execution, tracking risks and dependencies, and escalating issues to maintain progress.
- Lead electrical installation review, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
- Identify and resolve electrical design or installation issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, code, and engineering standards.
- Support documentation, training, and operational handover.
- Strong electrical engineering or technical background in mission‑critical facilities.
- Experience with switch gear, UPS, generators, and power distribution.
- Technical judgement and troubleshooting.
- Ability to coordinate across disciplines and vendors.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non‑overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
