IT Specialist; Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for dealership staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and support dealership management systems (DMS), point-of-sale systems, and office applications.
• Set up and configure computers, printers, and other devices for new and existing employees.
• Assist with network connectivity, Wi-Fi access, and basic infrastructure maintenance.
• Perform routine system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Track and document IT issues using internal systems or ticketing tools.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and common business software.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non‑technical staff.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent (IT‑related coursework or certifications preferred).
