Technical Support Specialist I is to oversee and maintain computer hardware and software systems. Specialist aids in resolving technical issues concerning client's daily operation or software infrastructure. A Technical Support Specialist I will also support computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems.
* Perform minor maintenance and repair to Information Technology Services equipment
* Replace cartridges, paper and other consumables as needed on printers
* Provide troubleshooting solutions for computer or operating system issues that affect daily activities
* Install, monitor, and uninstall PCs/Printers/Scanners/Mobile/Peripherals/etc
* Hospital rounding
* Media support
* Work request/orders
* Reporting
