About the Role

The Logistic Specialist is responsible for developing and executing procurement, supply chain, contract administration, and fleet management strategies that support Driven Services LLC's operational goals. This position ensures cost-effective purchasing, strong vendor relationships, contract compliance, and efficient fleet administration while maintaining high standards of operational excellence and risk management.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to negotiate favorable agreements, streamline purchasing processes, and ensure all company contracts are properly executed and maintained.

Procurement & Supply Chain
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies that maximize value while maintaining quality and service.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
  • Continuously evaluate current suppliers, products, and services to identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and purchasing trends to ensure operational readiness.
  • Establish purchasing standards and approval processes.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Identify opportunities for consolidation of vendors and purchasing efficiencies.
Contract Administration & Compliance
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of customer, vendor, subcontractor, and service contracts.
  • Ensure contracts are properly reviewed, approved, executed, and stored.
  • Coordinate contract signatures and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Track contract expiration dates, renewals, insurance requirements, and compliance obligations.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Develop standardized contract processes and documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Evaluate vendor performance using quality, pricing, responsiveness, and service metrics.
  • Conduct regular vendor reviews and negotiate improved pricing and service agreements.
  • Maintain approved vendor lists and supplier documentation.
Fleet Administration
  • Oversee company fleet administration including vehicle records, registrations, licensing, inspections, maintenance schedules, and renewals.
  • Coordinate vehicle purchases, disposals, and assignments.
  • Monitor fleet expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure fleet compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers regarding fleet coverage and claims.
Operational Planning
  • Develop procurement budgets and spending forecasts.
  • Analyze purchasing trends and recommend operational improvements.
  • Create reports for leadership regarding procurement savings, vendor performance, inventory levels, and contract status.
  • Support company growth through strategic planning of procurement and supply chain initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, contract administration, or operations management.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Experience managing contracts and compliance documentation.
  • Knowledge of purchasing practices, inventory management, and strategic sourcing.
  • Experience with fleet administration preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and financial decision-making abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
