The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, and coordinating the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and equipment. This role leads and supervises warehouse staff, maintains a safe and organized work environment, and collaborates with other departments to support company goals. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety, and is available for overtime as needed.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials and equipment.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate records.
- Set up and coordinate deliveries.
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide leadership.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe practices.
- Proven leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness and availability to work overtime as needed.
