Job Overview
The Electrical Services Executive is responsible for providing overall management and direction for large recurring and non-recurring work, including service contracts, projects, and work orders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide initial client contact to assess client needs for their facility or service call.
- Prepare a complete estimate and budget for the service contract, project, or service call with a detailed review of client requirements.
- Provide guidance and management for the Electrical Services Manager(s).
- Directly manage a team of Electrical Services Managers to provide oversight for contracts and projects based on complexity and support required.
- Provide technical review for all bid estimates proposed to ensure all requirements are met.
- Track terms and rates negotiated with clients for facilitating and sustaining service accounts to ensure consistency across client accounts.
- Execute Business Development with existing clients.
- Coordinate with Rosendin Engineering for bid estimates and active projects.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts with the Project Assistant or Service Coordinator to protect the company's interest while maintaining good client relationships to ensure profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with large service accounts to expand relationships across multiple locations.
- Prepare monthly cost reports under the supervision of a Division Manager.
- Schedule regular visits with sustaining service accounts to assure client satisfaction.
- Fulfill division objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of corporate policy.
- Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all projects and promote a “win‑win” attitude with service drivers for successful, profitable work and satisfied customers; coordinate efforts with Business Development Group.
- Monitor overall quantity and quality of work performed by service drivers and support personnel, executing organization’s programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistently with corporate expectations.
- Assume additional responsibilities as required by the division’s operating needs or as directed by the Division Manager.
- The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position; other duties will be assigned as needed.

- Extensive knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance.
- Committed to working in a team environment.
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word); knowledge of Accubid, Oracle preferred; advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced knowledge of CMMS platforms, such as Maximo, Tririga, Archibus, Maintenance Connection, Chek Hub, etc.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
- Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and an effective team player.
- Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, management, staff, vendors, clients, and others.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a project management, service management, or facility management role.
- Minimum 7 years managing an operations team.
- Demonstrated experience promoting and selling service contracts to meet client needs.
- Combination of education, training, and relevant experience is acceptable.
- Up to 50%
- General work environment: sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, and bending. Work is primarily indoors with varying conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
- Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
