Job DetailsLeading Electrical Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in Design Build and Industrial Projects. Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 per year.

We work across diverse markets including commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, data/technology, and public works, delivering projects through design‑build, design‑assist, and plan‑spec approaches.

The client seeks a dynamic, experienced, and driven Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their team. Responsibilities include managing multiple high‑profile electrical construction projects from start to finish. The role requires a strong leader with a background in electrical construction, industrial, data center, and design‑build processes. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Nevada and thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
Responsibilities- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven experience managing ground‑up, industrial, and data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of design‑build processes and electrical systems.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of leading project teams.
- Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Strong budgeting and cost‑control skills, managing project finances effectively.
- Experience in project estimation and purchasing.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities, foreseeing potential issues and developing effective solutions.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, making sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
