Experienced Ford Office Manager
Arrow Ford is looking to hire an Experienced Ford Office Manager to join our dynamic team. Prior experience in a car dealership office setting is required! We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ford Office Manager Responsibilities- Support a range of daily accounting functions, including cash management, billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, floor plan audit, bank reconciliations and posting daily bank activity
- Month end close and submitting factor financial statement
- Manage schedules for title work and inventory posting
- Support office personnel, ensuring adherence to policies and deadlines
- Work closely with the controller and department managers to maintain accurate reporting and resolve discrepancies
- Responsibilities may evolve with dealership needs
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Must have 5+ year of experience working in an Automotive Office Environment
- Proficiency with dealership DMS systems (CDK, Dealer Built, Tekion)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
