• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field preferred

• Minimum 3 years of banking experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory, management, or team leadership experience
• Experience with branch operations, customer accounts, deposits, lending support, or financial services
• Knowledge of banking compliance, security procedures, and risk management practices

• Strong leadership and employee development skills
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and grow business opportunities
• Experience meeting sales, service, and performance goals
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze reports and identify operational improvements

• Frequent computer, telephone, and customer interaction

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure exceptional customer service
• Supervise, coach, train, and develop branch employees
• Monitor branch performance, deposits, sales goals, and operational results
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Assist clients with banking products and financial service solutions
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and company policies
• Support employee training, performance management, and accountability
• Participate in community outreach and local business development efforts
• Review branch reports and implement strategies to improve performance
