Tube Roller Associate

Now hiring Tube Roller Associate
Location: Abilene, TX
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 4 PM + Saturdays | 6 AM - 12 PM (As needed)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor sheet metal manufacturing equipment to ensure quality production
• Clean drilled holes, insert tubes, and perform sealing operations according to specifications
• Read work orders, specifications, and production instructions accurately
• Move materials and components throughout the production area as needed
• Perform routine equipment inspections and make minor machine adjustments when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Support production goals and work overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred, ideally in a sheet metal environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
