• Safely manage the care of and fill gas products into liquid, medical, and high‑pressure gas cylinders in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor equipment to fill industrial gas mixes, cryogenic gases, and medical gas products; contribute to level 1 & 2 activities.
• Inspect cylinders before filling, following the required procedures set by government, Airgas, and distributor standards.
• Evaluate products for purity and correct mixtures to ensure high‑quality standards.
• Track the purity of each cylinder by addressing potential contaminants and attaching to the manifold.
• Fill cylinders by pressure and weight in accordance with regulations and standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading cylinders on and off pallets and tractor trailers.
• Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accurate records to meet DOT, FDA, OSHA, and Airgas standards; complete quality‑control sheets as required.
• Read and interpret cylinder labels and color‑coding for safety protocols on varying gases, sizes, and contents.
• Accurately label cylinders and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly plant appearance.
• Support the team with additional tasks within qualifications, as needed.

• Complete training and obtain certifications for filling all cryogenic liquids and pure industrial gases.
• Complete FDA, Food Grade, and CGMP training and obtain certifications.
• Operate a forklift and maintain appropriate forklift certifications.
• Read and comprehend all written and computer‑generated documentation.
• Have valid employment authorization in the United States; must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in manufacturing operations, filling, or loading (1 year).
• Background in gas, welding, safety supply, or chemical industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities and backgrounds.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and compute rates, ratios, percentages.
