Now hiring Tube Roller Associate
Location: Abilene, TX
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Shift: Monday
- Friday | 6 AM - 4 PM + Saturdays | 6 AM - 12 PM (As needed)

- Operate and monitor sheet metal manufacturing equipment to ensure quality production
- Clean drilled holes, insert tubes, and perform sealing operations according to specifications
- Read work orders, specifications, and production instructions accurately
- Move materials and components throughout the production area as needed
- Perform routine equipment inspections and make minor machine adjustments when necessary
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Support production goals and work overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred, ideally in a sheet metal environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
