Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm

• Safely manage the care and filling of gas products into liquid, medical, and high‑pressure cylinders in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and Airgas SOPs.
• Monitor equipment used to fill industrial gas mixes, cryogenic gases, and medical gas products and support level 1 and 2 operations.
• Inspect cylinders before filling and evaluate products for purity and correct mixtures to meet high‑quality standards.
• Contribute to the care of high‑pressure, medical, and liquid cylinders; attach to manifolds and ensure purity by addressing potential contaminants.
• Fill cylinders by pressure and weight per regulations and standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading cylinders on and off pallets and tractor‑trailers.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accurate records to meet DOT, FDA, OSHA, and Airgas standards; complete quality control sheets as required.
• Accurately label cylinders and adhere to government and company standards for safe handling of hazardous materials and gas cylinders.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly plant appearance.

• Ability to complete training and achieve certifications for filling all cryogenic liquids and pure industrial gases.
• Completion of FDA, Food‑Grade, and CGMP training and certifications.
• Valid forklift operation certification.
• Ability to read and comprehend all written and computer‑generated documentation.
• Valid employment authorization in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in related manufacturing operations, filling, or loading.
• Strong background in gas, welding, safety supply, or chemical industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse individuals and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and strong attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rate, ratio, and percentages.
