Production Associate - Route Preparation

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Route Preparation to support the Rental Division. The candidate will accurately count and track customer garments using a handheld scanner, record inventory for delivery, bundle or tie garment hangers by customer employee numbers in preparation for loading on a route truck, maintain the cleanliness of the work area, and meet or exceed established quantity and quality standards.

Work Eligibility (prior to first day of employment):

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 18 years of age or older.

• Adhere to the attendance policy.
• Work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Perform in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
• Learn to use a handheld scanner to accomplish work.

• Stand for most of the shift.
• Perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• Lift, push, or move garment bundles frequently.
